The M&C gas coolers of the ECP® series are used in analytical technology to reduce the dew point of humid gases in order to prevent condensation in the analyzer. All parts of the bellows pump which get in contact with the sample gas are corrosion-resistant. As an option for connecting the pump, the upper pump head is also available in stainless steel. The design offers little or no stagnant space external to the process. The probes are designed so that changing a filter element does not involve the use of tools. In this operation neither the sample probe tube nor sample line need to be removed, thus avoiding contamination of the clean gas path and maintaining the integrity of the system.

The modular construction of the filters and the compatibility of the mounting components filter head, filter body and filter element enable the ease of mounting, perfectly adaptable to local mounting situations of each particular process.The filters are designed so that only liquid free gas flows through the filter elements when condensation occurs.

The hose fittings are used for connection of nonrigid flexible tubes with a defined inside and outside diameter. The sealing and clamp system of the tube fitting is based on a special fittings body with a centered hose nozzle. The tube must be cut straightly before it is pushed over the hose nozzle until the limit stop.

The Flowmeter consists of a vertical, internally conical glass tube widening towards the top in which a float can move freely upwards and downwards and of the head and bottom piece with an integrated PVDF needle valve. The measuring tube is sealed within the head and bottompart with FPM o-rings, as is the fine adjustment needle valve.

The Ball Valves Series are applicable to shut off gases and liquids. The valves work in a temperature range between -20 °C to +80 °C. The construction of the ball valves is concipated for the analysis technique and especially for the shut off and switching over of sample,test- and reference gases.
